layne beachley Layne Beachley, Australia

Layne is definitely not around for a global holiday in exotic destinations. She had an admirable Top 5 finish in 2007, which I am sure she did not view as such. I am thinking it might give her a favorable seeding position, that she will most likely take advantage of. It would be expected she will hit hard in 2008, with her own Layne Beachley belief system about who should be winning it all. Layne will thrive as a central antagonist to the new world of women surfing plot.
