KL:
Ok, let's go into some favorites. Favorite staple?
PJ: Books, I have an obsession, I have to have
them around me.
KL:
Neighborhood?
PJ: I like my friend's neighborhood in France
I used to stay in 'cause it’s all corn fields
and tractors and farmland, a castle on the hill
– small town with a little church, so it's
cool.
KL:
Zodiac sign?
PJ: I don't mind some Aries, some Scorpios, some
Sagittarius, as long as their operating in the
positive. Aquarius are funny, sometimes I don't
understand them, but they're entertaining and
funny.
KL:
Book about spirituality?
PJ: The Bhagavad Gita
KL:
Main course?
PJ: That's hard, I like so much food. You know
what I really like is pha, the Vietnamese soup,
vegetarian, of course.
KL:
Surf video?
PJ: Sprout
KL:
Body part to massage?
PJ: That's a funny question. I'm gonna get out
of this gracefully and say back.
KL:
Form of exercise (besides surfing)?
PJ: Yoga
KL:
Excuse for being late?
PJ: I have probably five books for excuses for
being late, and I shouldn't be late as much as
I am, but I don’t wear a watch, so that’s
hard for my concept of time. People have to live
with me being late.
KL:
Juice?
PJ: Pomegranate and Acai.
KL:
Magazine?
PJ: This is gonna sound really dorky, but Time.
KL:
Material possession?
PJ: Gosh, I don't really care about much. Yeah,
I don't really have one.
KL:
Surfer from the old school?
PJ: Tom Curren
KL:
Song to clean to?
PJ: I like Kylie Minogue.
KL:
Phase of the moon?
PJ: When it's just a really tiny sliver in the
sky, just past a new moon.
KL:
Spice?
PJ: Cayenne
KL:
Artist?
PJ: Overall, I don't think I've seen anything
I like more than a Gauguin or a Monet.
