Welcome to the JettyGirl
Photo Gallery. For April 2006 we're featuring
soul surfer Nicole Grodesky. Being a photographer
herself, Nicole knows the challenges that come
with trying to get a good surf shot...and there
were many challenges this month!!! First day of
shooting, some tweaker stole Nicole's truck. What
followed was literally half a dozen seriously
wind-blown days with horrible lighting. Nevertheless,
Nicole paddled out into less-than-ideal conditions
over and over again and put her talents on display.
A great surfer who throws caution to the wind,
it was truly a pleasure to document Nicole over
the past month. Enjoy the images :)
