years of traveling, surfing and teaching, Kristy
reveals her favorite surf spots and local eateries
to share with you during her weeklong surf and
Stand Up Paddle retreats.
Guided
by Kristy and her staff of professional water
women, novice participants will learn how-to-surf
basics, while experienced surfers improve their
skills with advanced techniques taught in a fun,
nurturing, non-competitive atmosphere.
All

a bonus for our Coronado Adventure guests, we
include an introduction to Stand Up Paddling,
or SUP’ing, for those who would like to
experience this original Hawaiian sport that also
doubles as an excellent cross-training activity.

over outer reefs, navigate mangrove canals, and
