nicola atherton Nicola Atherton, Australia

Nicola has burst onto the WCT scene very fast. This talented rookie may be young in years but has a wealth of competitive surfing wherewithal behind her. This is thanks to her personal dedication and also the Surfing Australia grooming machine. A great addition to the tour and a champion already. I would expect everyone might have to move over for this new girl in town. Top 5 in 2008 for sure.
