Any New Year's resolutions for 2008?
Christa Alves: Train harder, eat healthier and focus more.
JG: If you were to donate time or money to a charitable organization or cause in 2008, what would it be and why?
CA: I would donate time or money to CARE
because there are way too many kids in this world that are
hungry and we are wasting so much when we can help them.
JG: Judging on any category you find relevant, name five female surfers to watch for in 2008 and why.
CA: Stephanie Gilmore for winning the WCT. Karina Petroni
for making the WCT. Sally Fitzgibbons for being a huge up-and-comer
from Australia. Carissa Moore for everything she has accomplished
already. Bethany Hamilton for charging and still ripping harder
than most women I know.
