A few days before May’s annular solar eclipse and the Oceanside invasion of stingrays, I had the opportunity to share a few afternoon rights with Heather Jordan. The conversation turned to summer plans and Heather told me that she’d be spending her time away from UCLA on a variety of adventures that would take her to Cuba and Puerto Rico before ending with a surf trip to Costa Rica. I’m not sure if this page will end up primarily as a photo gallery or if it will be combined with journal entries but we’ll just roll with it as her journey develops.
